Chestnut Bend is a great Franklin TN neighborhood. Located adjacent to Franklin High School, the community has underground utilities, pool, and a walking trail along Franklin's Harpeth River.
Homes are between 3000 and 4000 square feet and average sales are between $400,000 and $600,000. If you want to get a great deal, now is the time. Prices are currently just above their 2005 level, but with the rates the lowest in years, I expect an uptick.
